So much selection, Friday night down town you are almost overwhelmed with the sweet aromas of the different eateries, Asian Italian Mexican Japanese, Cuban, American classics upscale French and all the fusion joints. The town is friendly and safe so walking around is never a problem. You got to check this town out, San Mateo rocks !

There are over 100 restaurants in Downtown alone, and I've eaten at more than half of them. I have sooo many favorites, too many to list. But San Mateo is a great place to eat while also seeing a movie or getting services done.
